• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Custom-made or personalised items (e.g., engraved pieces or special orders) are non-refundable.

• Items that show signs of use or wear cannot be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at info@madamev.ch with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Carefully package the item and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or the reason it cannot be processed.

4. Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement including shipping costs.
